Massanetta Youth Conference

Would you ever believe that hundreds of middle school students would stand at a closed door and count down in order to enter for a worship service? This summer, several Trinity middle-school students joined hundreds of other youth at the annual PCUSA conference at Massanetta Conference Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

What an experience for all involved!

This conference draws youth and adults from a multi-state area and included a “Stop Hunger Now” packaging session, small group interactions, recreation as well as worship and daily keynote addresses. This was Trinity’s first experience at Massanetta, and it was highlighted by our own Steve Lindsley serving as the keynote speaker. Steve made us all especially proud!

The conference included housing, meals and transportation for four very full days of study, worship, music and recreation. The dates for next year’s conference, which is open to youth who will have completed 6th, 7th, or 8th grades in summer of 2015, are are July 14-17, 2015.
