ChildREN’s ministry

Children’s Sunday School takes place from 9:45 a.m.-10:45 a.m.

Nursery Hours – During Sunday morning activities and Worship, childcare is available in the Nursery, Room 116, for children 0-4 years old. Children 5 and up may attend Worship. Younger children are always welcome. We also have a “Prayground” for infants-two years old during Worship.

K-2 Through 2nd Grade – The K-2 Sunday School class helps children in kindergarten through 2nd grade transition from the nursery to the “big church” and a more structured education. The curriculum includes Bible stories, activities, and “field trips” around the Trinity campus.

We also teach them Christian traditions to help them feel comfortable and participate in Worship. Our goal is for them to actively participate in Worship and feel like a part of their Trinity family.

3rd Grade and Up – The Breakfast Club for Youth is open to 3rd graders and up on Sunday mornings. It’s a time for food, fellowship, and growing in faith together. Kids can learn about Bible stories, participate in service projects, and enjoy games, art, music, sports, and more!

TRINITY YOUTH MInistry

At Trinity, we help our youth build stronger relationships with God, our church family, and our community. We encourage them to take on leadership roles in Worship and provide opportunities for growth and leadership. Our 6th-12th graders meet on select Sunday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for fellowship in the Youth Center during the school year.

Adult Education

In September, classes will focus on exploring your faith through meditation and prayer.

Classes in October and November will offer an overview of Mental Health Wellness and why Trinity is addressing it. These classes will focus on stress, anxiety, depression, and the importance of support from families when a loved one is facing mental health issues.

Montreat Retreat

For more than 40 years, Trinity members and guests have claimed the third weekend in October at Montreat’s Assembly Inn.  Whether it’s climbing to the top of Lookout Mountain, shopping, visiting a microbrewery, singing by the fire, taking a stroll around Lake Susan, watching football together, or napping on Saturday afternoon, there is something for all ages.
