The Trinity Concert Series kicks-off for the year, Sunday, March 22, at 3:00 p.m., in the Sanctuary, with the University of North Carolina Charlotte Department of Music, featuring The University Chorale. They will be performing, A Carol for All Children. This concert series features choral compositions that span eras, genres and styles, while featuring a diverse list of composers of both historical and contemporary renown. The music of this concert, showcasing not only the wealth of talent of the singers in the ensemble, but also their collective mindset that choral music remains the most quintessential human experience, bringing together diverse people from diverse backgrounds who have all agreed to create something beautiful. There will be no charge for this concert and a congregational cover-dish supper to include the chorale members will follow, at 5:00 p.m., in the Carson Fellowship Hall.
